Your Shove Day Bag is built to handle the grind, and we stand behind it with our 180-Day Protection Plan. This coverage protects against manufacturing defects in materials and construction for 180 days from delivery.
Coverage Details
This protection covers manufacturing defects that affect the Shove Day Bag's performance - things like:
- Zipper failures or separation
- Stitching coming undone at stress points
- Strap hardware breaking under normal use
- Material defects affecting bag integrity
Eligibility Requirements
- Coverage valid for original buyer only
- Defects must be reported within 180 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase required
- Each bag eligible for single replacement only
- Final determination made by Pitchers Only team
What We Can't Cover
- Regular wear from daily use
- Rips or tears from overpacking or sharp objects
- Fading or discoloration from sun/weather exposure
- Damage from modifications or DIY repairs
- Stains, dirt buildup, or odor
- Lost or stolen bags
Filing a Claim
Hit us up at support@pitchersonly.com with:
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- Order number or receipt
- Brief description of when/how the problem started
- Full shots of the Shove Day Bag showing overall condition
We'll review within 2-3 business days and get you sorted. If approved, we'll ship out a replacement at no charge. Please note, Pitchers Only backpacks are not covered under the Shove Day Bag warranty.
