Shipping policy

Standard Shipping orders require 24–48 hours to process before shipping. Processing occurs Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (after order has been processed).
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days. Ships the same day if placed before 12 pm ET, Monday–Friday.

 

All U.S. orders of $100 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping. Rates for Standard and Express shipping are calculated at checkout.

We also ship internationally to any country. Delivery times vary by destination and are generally longer than U.S. estimates. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates. Pitchers Only is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs clearance for international orders.

Once tracking shows an order has been delivered, Pitchers Only is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location or monitoring your tracking updates closely.
