I ordered my son a few items for his b-day. One of the items was damaged a little bit. I immediately started a return and ordered him another one. Got an email tonight from Chris saying I didn't have to return the item, they will refund the money and they sent him a gift card to use in addition to the refund. Such great customer service! They went above and beyond to make the situation right and it is definitely appreciated.
My teenage son loves these shorts for the gym, he has them in a bunch of colors. Sizing-because of the range that is on the size chart we sized up from his normal size, and those fit perfectly.

Only problem was the zipper snapped but that was more a him thing than a manufactured defect. Got it fixed and now wears them all over. Gets tons of compliments about them too
