I had purchased the backward k necklace as a Christmas gift for my son. He is a southpaw and absolutely fell in love with the gift. Unfortunately, the chain broke in 2 different places without any warning. After emailing pitchers only and explaining what had happened, they sent a replacement for my son. Not just the chain, but an entirely new necklace. They are amazing with work with. We will definitely be purchasing more merchandise in the future.

Was interested when I saw this on the website so I decided to buy it. We both loved it and the quality is top notch.

Love the idea and the bracelets are really a cool idea. Would like to see the clasp be stronger with maybe being able screw it together. Anytime you take off a long sleeve shirt or sweatshirt make sure you still have it on because it will pop off fairly easy in this situation.
